This agreement regulates the general conditions governing the contracting of the services offered on this website by GESTHOTEL ACTIVOS BELLAVISTA S.L. (hereinafter PALAU DE BELLAVISTA) with Spanish Fiscal Identification Number B55199962 and address at C/ Pujada Polvorins, 1, (17004) Girona (Spain).

The CUSTOMER, when completing the registration process and contracting any of our services, expressly accepts and submits to the clauses specified below, as well as the conditions of access and use of our portal and its privacy policy, which is accessible via the link “Privacy Policy“.

 

The CUSTOMER acknowledges that he/she has sufficient legal capacity to be contractually bound.

This contract is permanently accessible in the legal notices on our website.

Prices & taxes

In consideration of the contracted service, the CUSTOMER expressly agrees to pay PALAU DE BELLAVISTA the amounts specified in the list of prices established on the website www.urhbellavistagironahotel.com for the chosen services at the time of contracting.

 

The services offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) which IS INCLUDED in the prices detailed for each service.

 

Once the selection of the services has been completed, and prior to confirmation of the contract and before proceeding to the payment of the same, the final price of the purchase will appear on the screen, which will include VAT (Value Added Tax), management, packaging and shipping costs, if applicable, which will be reflected in the order form at the time of purchase and on the invoice.

 

Anything not specified as ‘included’ in the description will not be included.

Purchase procedure

Orders may only be placed via this website by individuals over the age of 16 and registered businesses. All our services are listed individually on our website. The procedure for making and managing purchases is indicated on the website and only requires following the subsequent procedure:
  1. a. Choose the service you wish to book.
  2. b. When you select a service, you may choose to either continue choosing more services or process the booking.
  3. c. To process the booking, you must fill in a registration form with your personal details in order to access the Customer Area. To complete the registration it will be necessary to read and accept the website Privacy Policy. When registering, the customer will require a username and password in order to be able to access their personal account. If you are a registered user with an active account, you must enter your credentials in the Customer Area.
  4. d. Next, you will proceed to the order verification where the selected items will be listed one by one and the total price will be calculated.
  5. e. It will also be necessary to indicate the billing and delivery addresses for the purchase made. It will be possible to indicate a single address for both invoicing and delivery.
  6. f. Once the process has been completed, it will be necessary to tick the box verifying that the terms and conditions of sale have been read and accepted.
  7. g. On the website you will be provided with the mechanisms for payment depending on the system chosen in each case.
  8. h. Once the payment details have been entered, you must confirm the order by clicking on the “Book” button.
  9. i. Once the “Book” button has been clicked, the booking will be processed.

Availability and delivery

Booking of the services offered by PALAU DE BELLAVISTA is available anywhere in the world.

Reservations will be processed once payment has been received correctly.

The services offered by PALAU DE BELLAVISTA will always be subject to availability, which will be specifically indicated on our website for each service. In the event of unavailability, the customer will be duly informed. Under normal conditions all the services that appear on our website are available within the periods indicated.

Under normal conditions, all the services that appear on our website are immediately available within the indicated deadlines.

In order that the CUSTOMER may be informed at all times of the progress of the purchase, they will receive an e-mail containing notification of the confirmation of their order and payment.

Likewise, the CUSTOMER can check the status of their order by sending an email to info.pbellavista@urh-hoteliers.com and, where appropriate, through our website by accessing their customer account.

Payment and payment periods

Once the booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.

Payments are made prior to the provision of the service, so PALAU DE BELLAVISTA will not provide the requested service until it has received payment for the same. PALAU DE BELLAVISTA reserves the right to temporarily or definitively cancel the services provided in the event of any incident regarding the payment of the same.

Invoices

The CUSTOMER may request an invoice for their purchase in PDF format by contacting info.pbellavista@urh-hoteliers.com.

If you wish to obtain a printed invoice or one in the name of your company, please contact customer service in order to provide the necessary fiscal data.

The CUSTOMER is responsible for confirming receipt of the notifications and for informing us of any modification to their details, PALAU DE BELLAVISTA being exonerated from any liability arising from this circumstance.

Guarantee

At PALAU DE BELLAVISTA, while we strive to provide services of the highest quality, given the nature of these services, we cannot offer a guarantee of satisfaction. In the event that, for any reason, you do not receive the service correctly, you should inform us as soon as possible, indicating the incident. If the error is verified, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

Due to the nature of the service covered by this contract, no refunds are possible.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day of conclusion of the contract.

IMPORTANT: By registering and purchasing the service, you accept and consent to the fact that the provision of the service that is the object of the contract may begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Furthermore, in those cases in which, given that the service consists of digital content provided through electronic media, the start of the provision of services will entail the loss of your right of withdrawal given the nature of the service (Digital Content) and in accordance with Article 103.m of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, on the Defence of Consumers and Users.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify PALAU DE BELLAVISTA or info.pbellavista@urh-hoteliers.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model cancellation form below, although it is not compulsory to use it.
